- #314: $235
You’ll be glad to know they accept escalation clauses as part of the auction.
What they’ll do with the remaining units after that is anyone’s guess. And the DJC fills us in on the fact that they earned $3 million at the auction on Sunday. $3 mil/14 units = $214k/unit.
