    Damn. How many condos have their own firewood storage in the unit? That's nuts, though for the price I'd rather own a small place in Hawaii, small place in NY and a small place in NY.

    That's probably…no…most likely…one of the coolest condos in the U.S of A….even if the cabinets aren't from Quebec.

    Your readers should send letters to the new owner requesting a tour for the worlds biggest condo junkie. (I'm talking about you Matt)

    When you are there, here are some possible questions to ask.

    1. How do you keep the glass rooms/atriums clean? (Perhaps the owner has one of those “Bathroom Monkeys” that were advertised on SNL?)

    2. Toilet Paper…over the top, under the bottom…or just mink pelts?

    3. Can we have our next Urbnlivn meetup there?
