Lots and lots of price reductions this week, too many to list, ranging from $20k up to $90k.

For example #409 went from $295,000 to $275,000 making it a reasonable $456/Sq. Ft. On the other extreme, #114 went from $739,990 to $635,000.
Gallery isn’t the only one reducing prices, many other Williams Marketing buildings also cut prices:
Brix
Dropped the price of at least 6 units. Including the price on model unit #240, staged by Jon Roschelli, went from $659,990 to $595,000.
Leona
Dropped the price of #10 $50k down to $650,000. And took $200k off of 1-A to bring it to $1,395,000 (maybe they need to actually post some photos of this unit.)
Ruby
Dropped the price on a few units $20k. For instance #205 went from $269,990 to $249,990 and at 703 square feet is priced at $356/Sq. Ft.

Any word on Marselle project? It's almost done and the pricing should move lower I would think.
