Not a big shot in Seattle’s real estate community? Don’t worry, neither am I. Swing by, have a drink, and we can complain about the lack of cool condos around here.

Update: Ted’s in Canada celebrating Canada Day so he has a good excuse. If you’re at the townhouse rules event, that’s a good excuse too.
