We celebrated New Years at my friend’s new First Hill townhouse. I hadn’t been there before and was surprised to find such a modern looking townhouse development tucked in behind Seattle U. While almost all the units have sold there is still one available (119 days on market), 403 11th Ave. It’s $473,900 for 2 beds, 2.5 baths and 1,535 square feet and looks much better in person.
