    Bet you Bill & Melinda gates foundation bought it for execs coming into town.

    According to excise tax records, it was bought by one of the partners of a local architecture firm. It doesn't look like it was one of this firms projects.

    I guess it's a matter of taste because I'm an architecture buff but Lumen never stood out as anything exceptional to me.
