2 Story Unit at 615 E Pike

I’m a big fan of 615 E Pike up here on the Hill. One of my favorite units is #406 (which I’ve toured, here are my photos of it) so I was anxious to check out the photos for #306, the unit below it, that came on the market the other day. Like #406 it’s a two story unit, though unlike #406 it doesn’t have an open ceiling in the living room.

Frankly the photos are pretty uninspiring maybe because the unit itself is uninspiring:

And what’s up with this weird cupboard?

It’s priced at $600k for 1,418 square feet. The unit upstairs sold for $699k on January 29th of this year (the unit upstairs is also larger at 1,966 square feet).

About Matt Goyer

I love condos, lofts, floating homes, new construction and mid-century moderns so much so that since starting this blog in 2006 I've written over 2,000 blog posts about them!

For years I resisted becoming a real estate agent preferring to be a marketing executive at Redfin but after leaving Redfin (after seven years!) I caved in the spring of 2014 and became a broker. So if you need help finding that "Urbnlivn-style" place or selling your home email me at matt@urbnlivn.com, I'd be happy to help you.

Prior to Urbnlivn and Redfin, I worked at Microsoft after graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in computer science.

Very cool unit, but this isn't the “Pike Lofts.” That name is on the building at 303 E Pike. I don't think this building has any name other than “615 E Pike.”
