    Went to that Canlis glass party there, and can’t believe the caterers cut me off–from food. Whatever. Was a VERY cool place. Only thing was that the “upstairs” didn’t seem very functional. There was no 2nd room/den or bath. Was just a deck. Regardless, was certainly a $2 million view easy. Water, Needle, city lights… Dreamy. Congratulations to the buyer!
