10 Priciest Seattle Condo Sales of 2011

Looks like 1521 was hot with high end buyers this year. Five of the ten most expensive sales were at 1521. Next up was Millennium Tower with two very nicely remodeled resales. Overall there was 84 sales over a million dollars in Seattle.

1. $3,167,440: 1521 2nd Ave #3103. “Gorgeous, gracious and elegant!” At 2,658 square feet, that is only $1,192/sq. ft.

2. $3,134,889: 1521 2nd Ave #3500. Pricier per square foot than #1 at $1,205/sq. ft.

3. $3,050,000: 1521 2nd Ave #3000

4. $2,990,000: 1521 2nd Ave #3200.

5. $2,690,000: 715 2nd Ave #1501. At $586/square foot, the marketing remarks for this place might be spot on:

Downtown’s Best Value! Tax Records say the unit is 4589sqft, but Architect who did buildout says over 5100sqft – You do the Math! Over $5mm into acquisition and buildout cost!

6. $2,200,000: 1920 4th Ave #2401

7. $2,100,000: 200 W HIGHLAND DR #202

About Matt Goyer

I love condos, lofts, floating homes, new construction and mid-century moderns so much so that since starting this blog in 2006 I've written over 2,000 blog posts about them!

For years I resisted becoming a real estate agent preferring to be a marketing executive at Redfin but after leaving Redfin (after seven years!) I caved in the spring of 2014 and became a broker. So if you need help finding that "Urbnlivn-style" place or selling your home email me at matt@urbnlivn.com, I'd be happy to help you.

Prior to Urbnlivn and Redfin, I worked at Microsoft after graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in computer science.
