New Construction Fremont Modern Home

With so few new homes hitting the market I expect a sweet new construction modern home like this one at, 4115 1st Ave NW, will get a fair amount of attention. $750k gets you 2,324 square feet and great views from the upper floors.

Take a peak this weekend on Saturday from 11 to 3pm and Sunday 1 to 4pm.

Went pending 4 days later.  With a WalkScore of 77 this is not exactly a remote, leafy, suburban, car-oriented area.  There are many great neighborhoods in Seattle that have been vibrant and easy to access without a car, long before Downtown started to become halfway livable.
