Queen Anne Wall of Glass

Wow, here’s a contemporary home on the west side of Queen Anne for all you with $1.6m.

2,423 square feet, 3 beds, 3.25 baths.

Personally, I’d prefer for the living room to be double height instead of the bedroom. You spend way more time in your living room than you do awake in your bedroom!

It is open this Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 4pm if you want to take a peak :).

About Matt Goyer

I love condos, lofts, floating homes, new construction and mid-century moderns so much so that since starting this blog in 2006 I've written over 2,000 blog posts about them!

For years I resisted becoming a real estate agent preferring to be a marketing executive at Redfin but after leaving Redfin (after seven years!) I caved in the spring of 2014 and became a broker. So if you need help finding that "Urbnlivn-style" place or selling your home email me at matt@urbnlivn.com, I'd be happy to help you.

Prior to Urbnlivn and Redfin, I worked at Microsoft after graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in computer science.

Stopped by today. Was really disappointed to be honest. Views are gorgeous, but it certainly didn’t feel like 2400 sq ft. The bedrooms are pretty small, and there isn’t a good use of space all around. Calling it 3bd is a little disingenuous, since the third bedroom is in the basement and is currently set up as the media room (also very small).
