I’ve driven by, 3416 S Jackson St house countless times going to Leschi on Tuesday nights to race sailboats on Lake Washington. I love it! So it is great to get to peek inside this $639k home even if we’re only peeking online :).

2,560 square feet, 4 beds, 1.75 baths. Two roof top decks. It was built in 2006 after being purchased in 2000 for $375k. Wonder how much they put into it?

Did anyone check it out this weekend?

    Hm, all the wood kind of makes it seem out of date but it’s new. Not digging that color of wood throughout the inside.

    I wouldn’t rely on the color you see on your screen, it could be way off in the pictures.  There’s always stain or paint.
    The lot seems pretty small, with neighbor’s hedge and house blocking views.
