Rental at 19th Ave Lofts Coming Up

Thanks to a reader for sending us a tip that a rental at 19th Ave Lofts is about to hit the market:

From the tipster:

Unit #305 is about to go on the rental market.

This is one of a few unique units in our building- bumped out living space with floor-to ceiling windows on 3 sides + it’s on the top floor with full-height loft and atrium deck. The photos and current paint job don’t do it justice in my opinion.

From the owner:

My wife, Kari, and I love living here, but we have a baby on the way and need more space.

The condo is a two-story unit with one bedroom and one-and-three-quarter bathrooms, tall ceilings, concrete and bamboo floors, stainless appliances, a gas fireplace, a deck, and a garage parking space. The lease rate is $2150 a month, and the unit is available to rent beginning late August. Prospective tenants can contact me (206.595.5695 cell,mikedahl@hotmail.com) to schedule a showing.

The unit will be listed on Craigslist later this week.

About Matt Goyer

I love condos, lofts, floating homes, new construction and mid-century moderns so much so that since starting this blog in 2006 I've written over 2,000 blog posts about them!

For years I resisted becoming a real estate agent preferring to be a marketing executive at Redfin but after leaving Redfin (after seven years!) I caved in the spring of 2014 and became a broker. So if you need help finding that "Urbnlivn-style" place or selling your home email me at matt@urbnlivn.com, I'd be happy to help you.

Prior to Urbnlivn and Redfin, I worked at Microsoft after graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in computer science.

    :)

If you’re planning on renting your place out for a few years I think it is totally worth getting a real estate photographer out to take good photos. I did this for my rental and have been really pleased with it. The cost is only $150 to $300 depending on who you pick.

Matt, thank you for the tip; that seems like money well spent!  As soon as my wife and I move out, we will stage the condo and have professional photos taken.
