Killer Deck. Very Questionable Interiors

Wow, I love the idea of a 1,100 square foot roof top deck at Pike Lofts which is what you get with 303 E Pike St, Unit 2. However, you also get a completely remodeled place with “texture & style”. Unit 2 (odd numbering for a penthouse unit) hit the market at $695k for 1,132 square feet. Last sold in ’04 for $547k and in ’00 for $600k.

I originally thought this photo might be of the condo building’s lobby. It isn’t.

I’ve been in that building. The top floor is “numbered” PH, so I think the actual number of this unit is PH2.

Granite gone wrong! The space looks good, and the deck is great, but aside from the appliances that kitchen is almost a total redo.

Original developer would have never created such a unit. Some tasteless fool will buy this though.
