Historic Cracker Factory in Port Townsend – Ultimate Loft

Why have just a loft, when you can have the whole factory? That’s what Phil, an Urbnlivn regular, asked me when he sent me 819 Washington St. Good question! I’d love to have an old factory. Too bad it is all the way over in Port Townsend though :).

$937,770 gets you a 2,700 square foot factory, built in 1888. 3 stories with both commercial and residential use. Only 1 bedroom, 1.25 baths though.
