Matt’s an Agent Now(!!!)
Big news! I’m now a licensed real estate agent. It is something I’ve resisted for years mainly because I was worried it’d limit what I could blog about but with so many of my close friends looking to buy houses, and thinking of buying another place myself, it was just time. Sadly this means I won’t be able to blog about many of the cool places hitting the market because of the restrictions our local MLS places on agents blogging about homes for sale. But don’t worry we’ll find a few other non-agents to help the very capable Phil out (if you’re interested in blogging, email me!)
You might be wondering, “Does this mean Urban Living is going to turn into a big ad for Matt’s real estate business?” No, it won’t. Why? Because I work full time at a fledgling tech startup. Urban Living will remain a hobby, and I intend to be one of those dread “part-time” agents helping out only a handful of clients.
