Build Your Own Condo Building on Queen Anne

Here’s your chance to build your own condo building on Queen Anne!

210 W Comstock is a permit-ready 8 home building on the south slope of Queen Anne.

A boutique condo building in an amazing part of Queen Anne would sell fast. There is a ton of pent up demand for condos now but your only options, in the near term, are two large high rises, Insigna and Luma.

Between the proximity to downtown and downsizing baby boomers, I have no doubt you’d sell this out before you built it.

Designed by Geoff Prentiss,of prentiss + balance + wickline Architects, we got our hands on the full set of plans. Email me,, if you’re interested. In the meantime, here’s the marketing brochure for it.

How ready to build is this? To get the permits you would need:

  • Buyer to have a contractor liability certificate signed
  • Obtain Water Availability Certificate
  • Pay final permit fees at the time they are pull approximately $6,500

If I had the capability to turn this into an Urbnlivn developed building, I would!

This looks almost too good to be true. Back in the Guilded Age, wealthy businessmen sponsored/built multi-unit residential buildings to offer housing options to their close friends and associates. This could easily be Seattle’s current iteration of this. This will definitely be on my watch list.
