NEXUS Reservations Kickoff Tomorrow

NEXUS, the new condo building going up in Denny Triangle in 2019, is kicking off reservations tomorrow at 11am at 2715 1st Ave (the office for the sales and marketing firm they’re using).

To reserve a unit you need to put down a $5,000 refundable deposit that will convert to a 5% non-refundable deposit in the fall. Given they’re expecting a lot of people you’ll want to have done your research ahead of time by checking out the floorplans on their website and our pricing spreadsheet so you should come in with a list of units, check in hand and ready to go.
