Lofty Townhome

They don’t make em like they used to!

My townhome buyers all joke, or perhaps, they’re serious, that the best townhomes were the ones built last cycle, ~2005-2010.

Here’s a good example of that.

Built in 2006, this NW contemporary style townhome at 825 18th Ave has a lofty feel with concrete floors, wood ceiling, exposed beams, plywood floors, vaulted ceiling.

Priced at $775k it is 1,870 square feet with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, garage parking and room for on more car behind the garage.
