Here’s what went to our newsletter subscribers today.

Definitely a lot more homes hitting the market this week. So if you took a break over the holidays, time to hit refresh on Redfin and see what’s new, there’s a lot.

The most interesting home this week is this mid-century modern in Bellevue, followed closely by a Ralph Anderson townhome for $3.15m (!!!). What also caught our eye was this John C Steinmann designed home on Mercer Island.

Landlords, heads up, some laws have changed. Prospective landlords, a few good investment options hit the market this week. One condo you can even AirBNB. Get in touch if you’re looking for a place.
