Epic, Record Breaking, $13.8m Belltown Condo

By January 30, 2017

Bay Vista Tower

Patti Payne broke the word today about a Bay Vista penthouse hitting market for record a $13.8 million:

A show-stopping penthouse with wrap-around views at Bay Vista Tower — 2821 2nd Ave. in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood– has just hit the market for $13.8 million, and by all accounts is the most expensive condo ever listed in Seattle. That equals $2,407 per square foot, which does not include its terraces.

There is one condo across Lake Washington selling for more, at the Bellevue Towers for $13.9 million, but not in the city of Seattle to date.

And wow, as you’d expect for a record breaking condo, it is stunning.

The seller took a 5,732 square foot, two level penthouse, at Bay Vista and with the help of designer Gregory Carmichael and architect Rick Sundberg transformed it.

Heads up, the dues are $7,878/month.
