2000 3rd Ave Flips to 459-Condo Units

The PSBJ is reporting that (yet another) planned Seattle skyscraper will be built as condos, developer says. What was to be a mixed-use apartment tower at 2000 Third Ave will now be condos. Developed by Westbank of Vancouver, BC the project will be 38-stories with 459 condos, three floors of amenities, including a rooftop swimming pool.

Sadly, they’re reportedly loosing the geodesic dome.

I’ve heard more about this project but have been sworn to secrecy…
