This reminds me of Williams Marketing 2007 era boom tactics all over again! “Buy now before we raise prices!”. Look how that worked out for them.

I was planning to visit Enso this weekend but if they are pulling stunts like this, I'll pass.

I heard it's only units 902, 903, and 803. But, that's just hearsay. I also heard that an approx. 350 people showed up for their open house and they had 3 offers that day (did I hear/read that here?). Again, hearsay. Personally, I don't think they should be raising any prices, but they're not our listings so what does my opinion matter?

Interesting. Enso and Veer seem to be selling well, but raising prices? I'll be surprised to see it.

Nope, a few units are definitely going up. I think their recent price drop brought them below market level on a few units.
