New Sales Team at Harvard & Highland

Harvard and Highland, the private gated enclave on North Capitol Hill, has a new sales team according to their Facebook page:

Welcome to Carrie DeBuys and Melissa Camp with Windermere Real Estate / Capitol Hill. We are looking forward to working with our new sales team on the final 14 homes. We are very excited to have three suites that are offered at $1,095,000 – a wonderful value for this community. Be sure to stop by and welcome Carrie and Melissa and tour the four fully furnished model homes.

Carrie and Melissa are taking over from Mary Norris and Brandon Allen of CBB. Carrie has worked on sales for Equinox and Eastlake Lofts and Melissa on sales at Brix.

The development has 38 units so with 14 remaining they’re 63% sold.
