Big Pioneer Square Loft – Maybe Cool?
Right before the New Year a loft in Pioneer Square hit the market, 97 S Jackson St – unit 503/504 (the Merrill Place building). At 1,857 square feet (two units were combined) with a a 594 square foot terrace it has the possibility of being pretty cool. Sadly the photos are kind of lacking. Has anyone been inside?
