MCM fans, here’s a great one in View Ridge!

7520 57th Place NE was designed by Wendell Lovett and “built in just three months in 1958”. Wendell Lovett is a noted architect who passed away last week at 94.

At 3,200 square feet it has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a .29 acre lot.

We love the floor-to-ceiling windows, cedar ceilings, and what looks to be a private site.

A little far north for us, we’ll likely check it out anyway. Though it will be hard for us to give up the floating home lifestyle!
