The Georgetown Collection

By January 18, 2017

Georgetown

Yesterday, in the middle of a torrential downpour we drove down to Georgetown to check out the newly released Georgetown Collection, a community of 15 homes on Corson at S Michigan St. Of the 15 homes, 5 are single family, 7 are live/work townhomes, and the remainder are regular townhomes. One of the single families is already sold and two of the townhomes are yet to be built.

Overall, I’m pretty impressed! They did a good job avoiding many of my townhouse pet peeves and included some nice features like:

  • LED lighting throughout
  • Triple glazed windows (you are on a busy street after all)
  • All appliances included
  • Solid core doors
  • Hot and cold water and gas on rooftop deck

Plus they have some cool steel features from Seattle’s Grid Iron Building.

One of those homes is on the MLS, 6240 Corson Ave S.
