We wrote a few offers this week…
- The most frustrating one was when we offered list price, cash with a fast close, all contingencies waived for a Belltown condo and even though we were the only offer, the seller said no! Sure enough a few days after the offer deadline, they raised the price. We’ll see how this works out for them or if they warm up to our offer.
- Central District duplex listed at $695k received an unknown number of offers but we do know our offer of $736k wasn’t accepted
- A Queen Anne view condo listed at $579k got 3 offers and went for $640k though the winning bidder was willing to go higher
