Weekly Wrapup
It sure feels like winter is here! New listings have slowed down, new interesting listings have really slowed down, and we’re continuing to be able to negotiate discounts off of list price for our clients – this week we helped a client get under contract on a Capitol Hill condo at $6,000 under list.
In real estate news elsewhere, Seattle marks a full year as America’s hottest housing market, with no end in sight. Since there is no end in sight, there’s a A new social phenomenon in an intense housing market: ‘Are you interested in selling?’. There’s also talk of a water ferry between SLU and Renton, but given the speed limit on Lake Union we’re skeptical it’ll save time. Makes for good press though!
