The PSBJ reports that KODA is 95% reserved after their event this weekend, Condo market déjá vu as people camp out to reserve homes in new Koda tower. We swung by the sales office today to see what was left:

As is to be expected with refundable reservations, some units may come back on. So if you missed out on KODA and are still interested, reach out and let’s see what we can do.
