Gridiron Raises Prices

Gridiron

Gridiron, the 107-unit condo building that just completed this month, is not surprisingly raising price now that buyers can actually get inside and tour units.

Units #707, #801, #804, #807, #906 all increased $5,000.

Our bet is that it is sold out by summer.
