One of our two favorite homes this week is this Portage Bay home at 3130 Fuhrman Ave E that was built in 1972 but recently modernized.

We love the views of the water, the clean lines, and how tastefully they updated the home. Lots of inspiration for the remodel we’re doing to the 1970s floating home we bought. I hope it turns out as well as this remodel!

Priced at $1.585m, the home is 2,300 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.25 bathrooms on a 5,500 square foot lot.
