Wow, unit #307 at the 19th Avenue Lofts went pending fast! Hit the market Wednesday and is already pending today (Thursday).

I can certainly see why a nicely updated loft here would go fast as most lofts that come up for sale in this building, which was built in 2004, haven’t been updated, and after 15 years, many of them should be updated…

In terms of updates, they put a new kitchen in with custom teak cabinets, Viking, Bosch and Liebherr appliances. The new kitchen makes room for a dining room table that seats 12! Rare to see a dining room table that large in a condo. They also installed an automated shade system which is a nice upgrade for the wall of west facing windows.

List price was $699k for the 887 square foot 1 bedroom, 1.75 bathroom loft.

Hopefully a foodie snapped this one up :).
