Nearly 15 Years Later, Almost Nothing has Changed

I started this blog last condo cycle (2005-2010) frustrated that there was no list of upcoming new construction condos and frustrated that the websites for new construction projects were so lacking.

And it struck me the other day that 15 years later almost nothing has changed! As we have five condo projects currently selling downtown and none of them have:

  • A list of available units
  • Pricing
  • Photos of their sales centers (err, “galleries”)

Given that we live in one of the most tech savvy cities in the world, this baffles me.
