We just found out that BDR is developing a 9-unit lake front Kirkland condo project with pricing starting at $4m with completion in 2021.

It will be interesting to see how such a premium offering is received. I suspect it will likely do well as an option for people looking to downsize out of their waterfront estates into a home that is less work but still gives them the waterfront lifestyle.
