Daniels’ 800 Columbia Condo Tower Breaks Ground
This week Daniels Real Estate announced they broke ground on their 31-story 271 unit condo building at 800 Columbia on First Hill.
Completion is scheduled for winter of 2021 and they’ll start sales in the spring of 2020.
The condos will range from 404 to 1,538 square feet and include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes from the mid $400,000 to $1.5 million. There will also be four penthouses between 1,809 to 2,254 square feet that have not yet been priced.
