A Look back at my 2020

What a year! While a weird year, with a large break for us in March and April when it seemed like no one would buy or sell this year, real estate came roaring back as people realized they could work from anywhere or that they need more space now that they were stuck at home.

By the end of the year we ended up helping nearly 50 clients buy and sell a wide variety of great homes – from $245,000 to $4,000,000, from Beach Drive in West Seattle to Glacier. This put us in the top 25 Seattle real estate agents!

We even helped someone buy a house in January and then sold it for them in October.

Looking back, we helped people buy:

• 13 houses
• 7 condos at Nexus
• 6 condos
• 5 townhomes
• 1 floating home
• 1 loft
• 1 commercial condo (to be a gym)

And we helped sell:

• 5 houses
• 4 condos & co-ops
• 1 floating home
• 1 houseboat
• 1 loft
• 1 townhome
• 1 vacant lot
