My favorites of 2020
It was harder to put this list together than I thought, and I’m sure I missed some good ones! Though I did spend hours scrolling through listings all over Washington to make sure I didn’t miss any :).
In no particular order here are listings that hit the market in 2020 that I love.
I toured this home in person and love everything about it. It is the perfect in-city retreat blending my love of mid-century and waterfront.
This floating home is one dock over from ours and was impeccably built. Of course the views are amazing, but love details like the terrazzo floors that extend to the outdoors, the floor-to-ceiling windows, the craftmanship…
What an amazing getaway from the city. I can’t imagine ever needing 6,581 square feet in a second home though!
I’m using more of a waterfront guy, but suspect the views from this perch might be worth the trade-off.
What a view! And with so much waterfront and a dock already in place. This would be a great getaway in the islands.
This in-city home has it all (except a pool). It isn’t surprising it went pending as quickly as it did.
A beautiful home that doesn’t feel like it is minutes to downtown Bellevue.
We helped a client buy this in January and then sell it later in the year. It is a rare in-city waterfront home on the Sound with train tracks and boasts a killer view with Magnolia Village a quick walk away.
I love the Sanctuary, a conversion of a church to townhomes on Capitol Hill.
This home was a marvel even before its recent updates including a ziggy stardust pool. Now, it is even more-so one-of-a-kind.
