Hardhat tour of GIS Plaza, a 16-unit condo in Bellevue
We recently had a hardhat tour of GIS Plaza, a 16-unit condo building that is just a few months away from completion at 999 110th Ave NE in Bellevue.
Developed by GIS Companies the building will serve as their office with the rest of the space housing 16 condo units, 13 units of which will be coming up for sale. Two units have hit the MLS so far (see below). Units range from a studio up to four two-bedrooms. All units come with parking (using a multi-level auto-valet system!) while the two-bedrooms get two spots. And all but one unit will get a storage locker. No rental cap, but no Airbnb. Dues are projected to be $.95 a square foot a month. The building will be managed by CWD.
- Keyless entry via a mobile app
- Wide plank oak flooring
- Designer closet organizers
- Miele appliances
- Cabinetry imported from German
- Italian quartz counters
- Hansgrohe fixtures
Here’s a look at the auto-valet system they’re installing. There are two of them and they go down two levels!
Unit 301 – $865,000
Unit 301 is a 770-square-foot open one-bedroom. Their virtually staged photos with my photos below.
Unit 302 – $955,000
Unit 302 is a 781-square foot true one-bedroom with a big bathroom. Their virtually staged photos with my photos below.
Unit 500 – $TBD
Unit 500 is a 1,284 square feet two-bedroom. Their virtually staged photos with my photos below. I definitely felt that the view was much better than you’d expect from a fifth floor unit. And if you need a lot of closet space, the primary bedroom has a HUGE walk-in-closet.
GIS Plaza will be a good fit for those looking for a solid home in a boutique, no-frills building. Definitely great for those looking for a pied-a-terre or a first condo!
