34-unit condo on Aurora starts pre-sales

We were surprised to see new listings on Aurora and Lee Street today for units in a 34-unit condo building to be completed in 2021. It appears to be a concrete and steel building designed by Gregory Peter Maxwell.

Two units hit the market:

  • #25: $725,000 for a 600 square foot one bedroom ($1,208 a square foot)
  • #34: $900,000 for a 600 square foot one bedroom penthouse ($1,500 a square foot)
