Rumors are that, 121 12th Ave E, a 51-unit project at the corner of 12th Ave E and E John St will be condos, and not apartments as originally planned – here’s their design packet from a recommendation meeting in 2015.

This is great news for buyers looking for a place on Capitol Hill, as right now we’re in prime real estate season and there are only 12 condos for sale on Capitol Hill, and three of those are over a million dollars.
