6 To Go At Four Seasons
Yesterday a few folks on Twitter were remarking that a condo at the Four Seasons that had been sitting for five years finally went pending. I think it is more remarkable that there is still six to go!
Walking through the Vik Ballard sales center this weekend I was certainly struck by the difference in finishes between my 2007 condos and what was going to be standard in a 2014/2015 condo. Granted, the Four Seasons was pretty high quality to start with, but it won’t be long before their interiors start to feel long in the tooth, which will be unfortunate for unlived in condos!
