Weekly Wrapup

With Halloween and the mid-terms behind us we’ve seen an uptick in interest from our clients considering buying who are realizing rates are nearing an eight year high and are likely to continue to climb while home prices have dropped $80k from their peak. We also saw in uptick in interest with some of our listings; two went pending this past week. Though we still have a few on the market that we’d love to find buyers for – a loft-like home in Wallingford, a huge one bedroom in Fischer Studios and a one bedroom at the Gallery with a great view of the Space Needle.

With only 200 new listings this week there were a surprising amount of good ones! First the lofts – our fave is of course our new loft listing at Monique, followed by a remodeled loft at 19th Avenue Lofts and a remodeled loft in an old elementary school. Mid-century fans, check out this one in Washington Park and this one in Kirkland. And for something a little different, here’s an 18-unit building with a speakeasy!? Only $11m.
