As the year winds down, so do the new listings; just a little over a 100 this week. By far the most interesting is an Amy Janof designed Modern Gem in Magnolia for $2.75m. Other than that, a 5,000 square foot vacant lot in the heart of Capitol Hill caught our eye.  

Other than that, no real estate news! But don’t worry, we’ve been busy with five closings this month and investigating a mystery smell in a home our buyer’s are under contract on.
