We’re living in uncertain times right now and I am by no means comparing what is happening now and what will possibly happen with what happened with the financial crisis in 2007-2008. However, I was curious how the correction looked so dug into the median sales price in Seattle over the last 13 years.:

  • Downturn lasted 4.6 years
  • Recovery took 7 years
  • Rally lasted over 6 years

Certainly sobering.
