Build Urban Bringing 44 Condos Units to 127 Bellevue Ave E

CHS reports that Build Urban is bringing a six-story condo project with 44 units to 127 Bellevue Ave E on Capitol Hill, For first time in forever, developer planning a new Capitol Hill condo building:

Architecture firm Workshop AD will design the 19,000-square-foot building.

Depending on the development process, Build Urban expects to break ground on the project in mid-2019. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.

If this sounds familiar, it is because this is a sister project to Build Urban’s Eastlake project, 56-Unit Condo Building Coming to Eastlake, Starting at $250k.

Pricing for this Capitol Hill project will be similar to Eastlake, $250-400k+.

This marks the third condo project coming to Capitol Hill. The other ones are 403 Thirteenth and 121 12th Ave E.
