We’re long overdue on an update on how the four condo projects in Seattle are selling.

Insignia, the largest, has sold a lot. An impressive 197 units are pending at their newest tower, the north one, since sales started in March. As for their south tower, a bunch of people closed this week and are moving in now.

Selling Now

Insignia North Tower – 57% pending
348 units, 197 pending
Move in date: summer 2016

Insignia South Tower – 78% pending & closed
350 units, 206 pending, 66 closed.
Move in date: this summer

Luma – 13% sold
168 units, 23 pending
Move in date:

Solo Lofts – 90% pending
20 units, 18 pending
Move in date: late August

Vik Ballard – 63% pending
117 units, 74 pending
Move in date: January 2016
