End of Year Buyer Bonuses
As we approach the end of the year we find that some sellers, mainly developers of new homes are motivated to have homes either under contract, or sold by the end of the year and so will offer incentives to buyers to do so. Here’s a round-up of the bonuses we’ve seen so far:
