Escala Re-Opening This Weekend
Escala is back. The sales center is re-opening this weekend. Their hours are from 10 am to 6 pm daily.

However, if the team really wants to try something different they should try publishing all their prices on their site and putting more than one unit on the MLS. On the plus side for agents, they’re giving a 4% selling office commission.
The one unit they do have on the MLS is #2606. A 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 2,442 square feet priced at $1,599,000 isn’t exactly a representative unit.

While you’re downtown, 1521 is open from 12 to 4pm clearing trying to pick up some Escala traffic.
