First Hill Condo to Break Ground Mid-2014
PSBJ has the word that Developers plan to start building First Hill condo tower next year:
Developers of a planned 24-story condo tower at 1321 Seneca St. in Seattle said they will begin construction in mid-2014.
Officials of Lowe Enterprises Investors, a Los Angeles-based investment manager, have announced they and Swedish pension fund Alecta have formed a joint venture to develop the 169-unit tower on First Hill, the densely populated neighborhood next to downtown.
We tracked down the full press release for you, Alecta Real Estate USA and Lowe Enterprises Investors Form Venture to Develop Seattle Area Residential High Rise. Some more renderings on Weber Thompson’s page, 1321 Seneca, which also notes it as having 214 apartments (so maybe that’ll change since they’re going condo.)
